Dolphins are attractive and playful animals that everyone loves to play with them. When we were children, we saw many documentaries and movies on tv about sea mammals. When I saw this first time in my life on television, I was very excited to see and play with real life. So I just started planing to spend my vacation with Punta Cana Dolphin Swim, so I decided to travel to the Dominican republic.

When I was planning my trip here, I heard that the area had three distinct places where you can meet with dolphins or even swim with them. I chose to do it because swimming with these beautiful marine mammals has been a lifelong dream of mine, and the whole experience was not too costly. In fact, I felt mixed thoughts while I was arranging the trip, but I also knew that if I didn’t do it, I would miss it. So in this article, you can read about my experience, which will definitely give you all the info about the locations and expenses, etc.

How much would it cost you at least?

Prices differ from one location to the next, as well as depending on which package you pick. At Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana, you can pick from three distinct experiences, each with a different cost. The less expensive the trip with Punta Cana Tours, the larger your party will be, and the shorter time you will spend with the dolphins.

• The first choice is Dolphin Encounter which will cost 89 dollars. There are just three actions in this experience: a kiss, a hand/fin shake, and a move when a dolphin touches your hand that you are holding above the water.

• The second choice is Dolphin Swim Adventure which will cost at least 134 dollars. In this activity, the dolphin will kiss you, hand/fin shake with the dolphin, an action where a dolphin will grab your hand that you will keep above water. Moreover, a movement where a dolphin will continue friendly push you over the water by the feet.

• The third option, which I chose, is Dolphin Royal Swim, and it cost me 179 dollars. My group consisted of only seven people. However, the time spent in the water was fifty minutes, and we were given a ten-minute instruction before going into the water.

We were holding hands with the dolphins when they performed a hand/fin shake, a cuddle, a kiss, and pushed us all over the water while we gripped their fins. Two dolphins enjoyed and played with us, but one was not cooperating, so the dolphin trainer had to take various breaks to get the second dolphin to participate more.

The Experience 

First and foremost, I strongly recommend you arrive at least thirty minutes before your event is scheduled to begin. Visit the gift store and check-in at the receptionist desk once you arrive. You’ll also receive a special bracelet that proves you purchased for the activity. You can also enjoy the gift shop while you wait for them to contact you. There are some fairly cool items for sale inside there.
