A governing administration marketing campaign to increase uptake of hospitality roles has been welcomed by peak market bodies in NSW amid an ongoing staff shortage.

The Kickstart Your Occupation in Hospitality campaign was launched by NSW Minister for Hospitality and Racing, Kevin Anderson, on Friday December 2.

Managing for 5 weeks, during the occupied summer period of time, the campaign promotes a selection of free shorter education classes through Training Providers NSW.

Both equally the Australian Lodges Affiliation NSW and Tourism Accommodation Australia NSW have welcomed the initiative.
